| Price | Pay-as-you-go. Each model has a published per-token price on /pricing. The minimum top-up is $5 USD. Prices are denominated in US dollars; Stripe converts to JPY at checkout. |
| Additional fees borne by the customer | Internet connection fees, any currency-conversion fees imposed by your card issuer or Stripe, and any taxes legally applicable in your jurisdiction are borne by the customer. |

| Payment timing | Charged immediately at the time of top-up. The corresponding credit appears on your Kunavo wallet within seconds. |

| Returns / refunds | Top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. Unused balance can be refunded on account closure to your original payment method; email contact@kunavo.com with your request. Failed API requests (4xx/5xx responses) are never charged. Streaming responses that disconnect mid-flight are billed only for tokens actually delivered. There is no cooling-off period under Article 26 of the Act, since the service is a consumable digital service excluded from cooling-off. |
